A career guidance programme for every school stage

This programme supports students from Class 4 to Grade 12/13 with purpose, skills and future readiness. It works with students, parents, teachers and school leaders.

Our aim

What the programme is for

The programme is a structured guidance system for every stage of school. It helps students find out who they are, build confidence and develop key skills. It also prepares them for study and career paths in a changing world.

Students move from self-discovery to university admission and career readiness. The approach combines career assessments, mentoring and industry connections.

Three stages

Primary, Middle and High

  • Primary, Class 4 to 5: strengths, learning habits and early career curiosity. The aim is not to choose a career. See our school pages and the primary page for detail.
  • Middle, Class 6 to 8: a roadmap through an awareness year, an exploration year and a decision year, with assessments and subject guidance in Class 8.
  • High, Class 9 to 12/13: a foundation, exploration, preparation and application year, ending in university applications.

Each stage has its own page with the full detail. Editable annual plans and files are available on request.
