William Cognity is an educator, psychologist, psychometrist and academic and career coach. He is the founder of Cidentify and Director of Meta Career, and works with schools in several countries. He has trained more than 500 career counsellors and is the author of five books on career counselling and academic coaching. His 4-4-4-4 Framework looks at four factors, personality, skills, interests and goals, to help students plan their next step. The framework is a proposed method and has not been independently validated.
