Before you buy

When do I get the files?

They are sent automatically by email once your payment arrives. This is usually within minutes. At the latest, you will have them within 3 working days. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

Can my colleagues use it?

The counsellor licence is for one named counsellor. For a whole campus, choose the school licence. For many campuses, choose the network licence.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Stripe sends a receipt, and we send a VAT invoice where it applies. Schools can ask for payment by invoice.

What if it is not right for me?

Read the cancelling and refund rules in the terms of sale. If a file is faulty or not as described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.

Is this tested by experts?

Not yet. It is a new method, built from 20+ years in education. We say so openly, and the manual says so on its first pages.
