Career Counselor for Middle School (18 hours)
Builds the skills to guide middle school students in career exploration and decisions. Topics include the needs of middle schoolers, age-appropriate career assessments, and tailored counselling that helps students find interests and goals.
Career Counselor for High School (30 hours)
Prepares participants to help high school students move from secondary school to further study or work. Key areas:

Assessment and academic coaching
Career Assessment Training (6 to 10 hours)
Builds skill in giving and interpreting career assessment tools. Participants learn to run assessments well, analyse results to find strengths and interests, and use the data to guide career conversations and planning.
Academic Coaching Training (6 hours)
Gives skills to help students improve academic performance and study habits. Topics include:
