Cognity
Educator, psychologist, psychometrist, consultant, academic and career coach, and trainer. Founder of Cidentify. Director of Meta Career. Author of five books.
It started in one classroom.
William began by guiding Turkish students in Ukrainian universities. Then he taught physics in Odessa. From 2009 he was Country Head of Physics at Meridian and Chernomorsky Lyceum, and also IT manager, media coordinator and guidance teacher. He saw that students needed more than good grades. They needed a plan.
From teaching to guiding, and to science fairs.
At PakTurk Schools in Pakistan he taught Cambridge physics and coordinated Olympiads, science fairs and media projects. From 2015 he was a school counsellor, and in 2016 Head of School Career Counsellors, with university application support.
Career guidance across Africa.
As Head of Career Department at Light Group of Schools, William led career guidance for Years 8 to 13 in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia. He also led Anatolia Education Centre, ran SAT, IELTS, IGCSE and A-level preparation, and gave university seminars on the Common App, College Board and UCAS. He studied for a Master of Psychology at the University of South Wales (2018 to 2020).
He built Cidentify.
William founded Cidentify, a career management system for students, parents and schools. With Meta Career he has designed and published more than 40 assessments and tools, including Big Five, Holland Code, emotional intelligence, multiple intelligences, learning styles and AI tools.
Now: Europe, and a method for everyone.
William leads career guidance for Lumina Group of Schools in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and North Macedonia. He is Director of Meta Career, and was an online university education coordinator and EdTech systems business analyst at Univaf. He trains counsellors worldwide and has written five books. He turned his work into the 4-4-4-4 Framework so other counsellors can use it.
